Tuesday, 20th of September, I went pasar baru to do shopping with my mom. I was looking for hand luggage and cooking spices. We were going to Pasar baru at 10.45 a.m. and arrived at about 12 p.m.. Different from usually, our shopping today was so quick. We bought hand luggage in the first store we visited and it was not more than 15 minutes there! good,,it was the fastest shopping I did :D
After we bought the hand luggage we were going to upstairs to took a rest and done praying. After that we traveled a while in Pasar baru to look around and finally, my mom bought a dress^^. Finish shopping in Pasar Baru we went to Kiaracondong traditional market and bought some cooking spices. It was raining when we were going home but thank Allah we arrive home with safe.

Met physics lecturers in ITB
Yesterday, I went to campus ITB. I met some physics lecturers in their room and some of them on the street around physics program study buildings. It was nice to meet them. I greet them and asked for forgive me for any wrongs I did in ITB, and also I said goodbye to them to leave Indonesia for Japan.
The first lecturer I met was Mrs. Fatimah. She is my senior in physics ITB, when I was pursuing my undergraduate degree she was one of students of graduated programs. Now she have been becoming a lecturer in physics ITB since one year ago. We talked in her laboratory for about 20 minutes. She gave me slightly information about preparation to go to Japan (she had been stayed in Japan for 3 months, Sandwich program). Yay! I got a new info^^
The second lecturer was Prof. Zaki Su'ud. He was my supervisor when I was pursuing my master degree. I was looking for him in the first time coming actually but he was out. I met him in his new room ( nearby staff lama room). The main advice he gave to me was to be focus in the first year study until I have an achievement. He said to me that the important things to success study in Japan is hard work. Japanese lecturer will be respect to hard worker students. Yeah, I will do! Thanks Prof. Please, keep me in your du'a to be successful...
The third lecturer was Dr. Abdul Waris, head of physics program study, ITB. He is one of my best lecturer. He is so kind although he is not my supervisor. I learned a lot from him. He also gave me some advices to success study in Japan. He said Japanese is like Javanese. Sensitive and never show their disappointed directly. He said we must show our respect to person who will be supervisor in Japan by do not saying "no" in every tasks he ask. Just say "hai" and try our best first then he will see whether the tasks is fit for us or not. hehee,,I was laughing when Mr. Waris told me this story,,so funny when he said " hai. hai. hai." :D Sorry Sir. but I think you can understand me why I was laughing :D. He told me also about his socialize experience with some Japanese (senior and junior) when he was pursuing his doctoral degree in Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan. So interesting,,and useful story for me. Thanks a lot Mr. Waris. hope I can meet u again near in the future..ah,,you know what was his last sentence for me??? He said "but, don't forget to get married..." with his jokking face..hahaaa..well, I will not forget that one, Sir.. hee.. I believe the time will come in the right time :) :) :) again, Thanks a lot for every things, Sir...
The last person I intended to meet is Prof. Khairrurijal. He was my supervisor when I was pursuing my undergraduate degree. He taught me meaningful lessons when I took thesis under his supervise. Sometimes I feel sorry for him coz I changed my major when I took master degree but I think he could understand it. He likes joke..and sometimes his joke hurt me :( well, I can understand him anyway^^ I was hard to find him yesterday,,he is a kind of busy person..but you know what he said in the first time when found him in instrumentation laboratory (it used to be my lab.)? he said "why are you come here?" with his jokking face.. hahaa,,I was not shock anymore but it still unpredictable words from him to me.. whew! I will never forget him anyway,,I learn a lot from his ambitious.
I also met other leacturer, Dr. Bobby Eka Gunara, Dr. Neny Kurniasih, Dr. Nurul khotimah, Dr. Freddy Haryanto, and Dr. Wahyu S. and also some staff of physics program study.
Thanks all,,, please, keep me on your du'a to be success study in Japan..Aameen.

Shopping in the morning
This morning I was walking around my housing estate. I went to a temporary market around metro area. This market only open on Sunday morning. They sell various stuffs with cheaper price (mostly). I was looking for a t-shirt and a sandal to bring to Japan. I explored the place and bought a pair of sandal but unfortunately, I didn't find any T-shirt what I was looking for :( . Now, I am waiting for friends of mine to come home. yay!^^
Self-leveling Behavior of Debris Bed
Debris bed heat transfer and self leveling experiment have been carried out to provide information needed for postaccident heat removal analysis of sodium-cooled reactor. The postaccident heat removal is the final step in the analysis of hypothetical core disruptive accidents (HCDAs) for fast reactor.1) In core disruptive accident of a sodium cooled fast breeder reactor, degraded core material can form debris beds on the core support structure and/or in the lower inlet plenum of the reactor vessel. Typically, the debris will form conically shaped mounds in the subcooled sodium plenum. Decay heat within the debris bed heats the subcooled sodium, transports and vaporizes it. Its heat convection and its vaporization then will lead ultimately to leveling the debris bed. This mechanism defines the term ‘debris bed self leveling’. This behavior is crucial in the relocation of the molten core and the heat removal capability of the debris bed.2)
After decades of research on heat transfer of debris bed, this self leveling behavior has not gained much attention. In theoretical and experimental investigation, much of the research generally assumes that the upper surface of the debris bed is level.2) Hesson et al. and Gabor, researchers who are pioneer in this endeavor, validated the existence of the self leveling behavior by respectively introducing a bubbling airflow through a particle bed and volume heating of a particle bed composed of UO2-salt water in separate experiment. They reached the same conclusion that self-leveling occurs easily, even under condition of low heat flux. Gabor further identified the potential contribution of boiling inside the particle bed.2)
Recently, Zhang et al have proposed a criteria model for self leveling onset in a debris bed. The model was based on force balance equation with experimental setup used in two methods; depressurization method and bottom heating method. The future study of this topic, that is going to be performed in PhD program, is adding one covering wider conditions of its experiment in particular for gas velocity in the bed. It will be performed using the gas injection method from the bottom of bed.
Same with previous study, to obtain the general characteristics of the self leveling behavior, the experiment will take parameters; particle size (0.5 – 6), particle shape (spherical and nonspherical), and particle density (alumina, zirconia, lead, and Stainless steel). While, the experimental setup will be more developed by adding a gas container which is the gas inside will be injected through the bottom of debris bed, called gas injection method. The aim of this method is to realize the gas velocity corresponding to the decay heat level. Furthermore, the experimental result of this study could be analyzed by a computational tool which is currently under development at JAEA.
For conducting experiment above, it is important to study the overall concepts of experimental methods, principal work of experimental apparatus and the characteristic of particle bed itself. Those will be done in the first year of doctoral program, while the other two year are going to be used for full scale research on experimental self leveling behavior of debris bed and related research which is needed to fulfill an appropriate outcome.

Two persons was proposed
17th of September 2011, ten days left to my departure to Japan, was becoming memorial dates for two important persons in my life. Yaeh, they are my old sister and my best friends. both of them was proposed by a man (different man of course^^) today!
By this moment, my sisters families came home and we have a good time together. Alhmdulillah :) I took some picture of us after prososing finish.
